Effective from: 1 January, event. 1 April 2017

 

The amendment modifies the conditions of drugs export from the SR. The regulation of export will concern the human drugs included in the list of categorized medicines, only. The amendment cancels the authorization of State Institute for Drug Control to ban the export of the drugs in case of its lack. 

 

The amendment reflects the lack of drugs in the SR. The holders of human drugs registration are obliged to establish the drugs orders information system. The holders must deliver the drugs to the drugstores within 24 hours from the order´s registration with the system.
